  2. Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, shipment speed and final destination. Final costs will be determined during checkout.

  1. Products purchased on may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a product of equal or lesser cost within 30 days of the date of your purchase. In order to receive your refund or exchange you must first email  madhu@ to notify and to state the reason for your return. Please include your name, address, phone number and “customer receipt number” which can be found on your email receipt. No refund or exchange will be made without prior notification.
  2. Print your “customer receipt number” on your return address label and affix it to the outside of the original box. We do not pay for returned shipping. Please return your Vimaneaa Diaper bag handbag to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and signature for verification of receipt (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail). We highly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned without a tracking number. We request that you use the original package.
  3. Your return package must be received by Vimaneaa within the 7 days from initial request to return item.
  4. All returns must include the “customer receipt number”. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
  5. All purchases on SALE items are FINAL SALE. Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received.


  1. Your Vimaneaa handbag must be returned in its original condition, unused and include all packaging and all parts;  shoulder strap,  changing pad and any other parts if Included.
  2. Include a copy of your paid receipt and contact information.
  3. Initial shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping fees for all returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer. All postage must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) returns.
